Private Speech & Language Therapy​

Initial Consultation
Typically involves a case history to gain all relevant background information, informal and/or formal assessment, verbal and/or written advice and a report outlining assessment results and recommendations may be sent to relevant others with consent (e.g. school, G.P, NHS SLTs). Initial consultation will last approximately 60 - 90 minutes.

Therapy Sessions
These can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or individually tailored to meet your and your child's needs. A detailed programme of activities and advice can be provided for home/school use at your request. Homework activities may be given following therapy sessions. Therapy sessions typically last 45 minutes, which includes feedback to parents.

Collaboration and liaison with your child's school/nursery and NHS therapist will take place with consent as appropriate.
